Maintenance expires

Hi my maintenance will expire in two days. I ve already bought a new license. Where I got a license like this XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, but my maintenance is still expiring in two days. Where do I have to enter this code, or will it change automaticly? thanks

Hello, you need to activate it like a standard license. After activating the licence, can you please send us at support@multiotp.com the serial number of your multiOTP Enterprise appliance in order to double check on our side. Best regards
